Abstract (EN)
This study, it is aimed to examine the effect of structured science activities applied in the preschool program on the scientific process skills of preschool children. The model of this research is the experimental model. The sample of the study consisted of 132 children aged 48-60 months who attended an independent kindergarten affiliated to the Ankara Governorate Directorate of National Education in the 2021-2022 academic year.. The analysis of the data obtained in this study was analyzed with the SPSS 25 package program licensed in a computer environment. Skewness kurtosis coefficients were used when investigating the cases of normal distribution of variables. In Deciphering the differences between the groups, independent sample t and ANOVA tests were used because the variables came from the normal distribution. Internal consistency analysis was performed to test the reliability of the Scientific Process Skills Scale. According to this, the KR-20 test statistic result was calculated as 0.798. The fact that these statistical values are greater than 0.70 indicates that the scale is reliable. According to the findings from the research, science process skill test validity the reliability analysis of 16 after item of average difficulty with the index of item difficulty values between 0.31 0,71 0,57, medium, 0.28 and 0.56 1.00 item discriminant discriminant power between the average values, it is observed that the power is very good with. According to the results of the research, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the success rates of the pre-test and final test results after the structured science activities practices of the experimental group. According to this situation, pre-school children in the program configured at a high level to the level of basic science process skills science activities can be said to be a positive contribution in addition to the findings of the demographic information the form prepared by the researcher investigated the effect of scientific process skill levels, according to the data variables to be examined according to the findings of scientific process skills in different levels and gender, parental educational status, there was no statistically significant difference between out-of-school science education and children's interest in science activities towards scientific process skill levels. In the study, a statistically significant difference was found between the Dec test success scores of the experimental group and the age groups. Correct answer: the rate of children in the age range of 54-60 months, months with larger observation and measurement of skill levels in the range of 48-54 months of age is significantly higher than children.
