Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of school administrators' entrepreneurship on their self efficacy and organizational commitment. The model that used during the research is scanning model. The target population of the study is composed of 247 school administrators who work at different schools that locate in centre of Sivas. The documents that provide data for the research are three scales. School administrators'entrepreneurship scale which prepared by researcher was used to determine level of entrepreneurship. To determine level of school administrators' self-efficacy, Self-EfficacyScale developed byTschannen-Moran ve Gareis (2004) and translated to Turkish by Dönmez, Özer ve Cömert (2009)was used. Organizational commitment scale developed by Balay (2000) was used in order to determine level of school administrators' organizational commitment, Spss 17.0 packaged software was used to analyze the gained data. Thedata were analyzed using frequency, percentage and significance test such a t-test, variance analysis (ANOVA), Mann-Whitney-U according to homogenity of the varianceas well as multiple regression analysis. As a result of research, it is revealed that school administrators percieve themselves as a entrepreneurship. Branch variable plays an active role as differentiation in terms of perception level of school administrators' entrepreneurship, self-efficacy and organizational commitment. And self-efficacy with its sub-dimensions and organizational commitment with its sub-dimensions explains about %62of total entrepreneurship points. School administrators' perception regarding entrepreneurship, self-efficacy and organizational commitment. Perceptionsrelatedtoentrepreneurshiplevel of schooladministratorsdon'tdifferaccordingtogender, seniorityschooltypes but differentiationwasfoundbetween self-efficacybeliefscaleand in somedimensions of organizationalcommitmentscaleaccordingtotheabovementionedvariables. Thereareseveralsuggestions in parallelwiththeresultsthatgainedfromtheresearch.
