Elementary school administrators and education law in 2012, according to the views of the arrangement (4 +4 +4) an assessment of the implementation of primary schools

This study; consists of primary and secondary schools in the Ministry of National Education. In this study, elementary and secondary education, 4 +4 +4 arrangement of the main administrators and teachers engaged in this work on the functioning and difficulties encountered in the application of regulation has been prepared to show the positive and negative aspects. As a method of data collection; the survey used data from the sub-problems, the executives in the survey, the involvement of a variety of schools, professional seniority was collected. Two-sample t test was applied to the demographic variables associated with survey data, the data is more than two demographic variables in the analysis of variance (ANOVA). Complementary test cases, which are significantly (ANOVA) Post Hoc (Scheffe) test, the results were presented in tables. In the last section results obtained from the analysis of the results indicated the discussions and suggestions and recommendations for practitioners and the necessary discussions to another scientific study added to the last section.
