Strategic leadership behaviors of school principal's and teachers' organizational image the relationship between perceptions

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the strategic leadership behaviors of school principals and teachers' organizational image perceptions. The research is a descriptive research and a relational survey model was used. The study population of the research consisted of 1325 permanent teachers working in Bolu province central district official primary and secondary schools in the second term of the 2021-2022 Academic Year. A total of 355 teachers, determined by the easy sampling method, formed the sample of the research, but 300 teachers were evaluated. "Personal Information Form", "Strategic Leadership Scale" and "Primary Schools Image Scale" were used as data collection tools. According to the teachers, school principals "always" show their strategic leadership behaviors. Teachers' perceptions of organizational image are at a "high" level Strategic leadership behavior perceptions of teachers and school principals; in the dimension of ethical practices according to the gender variable, in the dimensions of administrative practices and political practices according to the age variable; It differs in the dimension of administrative practices according to the seniority variable and in the dimension of political practices according to the institutional level variable. Teachers' perceptions of organizational image; According to the gender variable, it differs in the dimension of corporate ethics, and according to the institutional level variable, the organizational image differs in the dimensions of overall scale, management quality, financial soundness, working environment, social responsibility, emotional appeal and corporate ethics. There is a positive "moderate" significant relationship between the strategic leadership behavior perceptions of teachers and school principals and their organizational image perceptions.
