The relationship of organizational justice in school with burnot, job statisfaction, organizaional commitment and organizational citizenship: A meta-analysis study

This thesis was prepared to determine the effect of organizational justice perception in schools on teachers' burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship perceptions. The research was conducted using the meta-analysis method. In order to reach the aim of the research, correlational studies conducted between organizational justice and burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship in the field of education. During the screening process, 4 studies were included in the scope of burnout and a total of 885 people were included in the scope of the job satisfaction variable, 19 studies were included in the scope of the variable of job satisfaction, 17 studies were included in the scope of the organizational commitment variable and 6875 people were included in the scope of the organizational citizenship variable and 6316 people were included. sample has been reached. At the same time, moderator analysis was conducted within the scope of school level, publication type, region of study, study area and sample sizes. As a result of the research; It has been determined that organizational justice perception has a negative and low effect on teachers' burnout perceptions, a positive and moderate effect on their perceptions of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and a positive and low effect on organizational citizenship perceptions. It has been concluded that the sample size and region are moderator variables in the relations, but the type of school, publication type and field of study do not have a moderator effect to a large extent. Finally, various suggestions were presented for practitioners and researchers within the scope of the findings.
