The purpose of this study is to investigate the opinions of teachers, administrators and students about the sources of violence at high schools.The population of this study include 2963 teachers , all the administrator who work at 105 high-schools and all the students who attend to these schools in the centrel town of Antalya. The study sample contains 30 teachers, all the administrators and 60 students from each of 25 high-schools in the centrel town of Antalya.The results indicate that:?Teachers think that `Technology related risk factors? is the most effective sub-dimension in creating violence at school. Also they think that the least effective sub-dimension is `Risk factors about the physical structure and administration of the school? in creating violence at school.?Administrators think that `Family related risk factors? is the most effective sub-dimension in creating violence at school. Also they think that the least effective sub-dimension is `Risk factors about the physical structure and administration of the school? in creating violence at school.?Students think that `Student related risk factors? is the most effective sub-dimension in creating violence at school. Also they think that the least effective sub-dimension is `Risk factors about the physical structure and administration of the school? in creating violence at school.?There is not a significant difference according to gender, training situation, major variables among teachers opinions. There is a significant difference according to total service life, school type, the school?s education style, number of students in the classrooms, school population, counselling service in school, adequacy of social activities in school, social and economic level of the environment of the school variables.?There is not a significant difference according to gender, total service life, training situation, major, counseling service at school variables among administrators? opinions. However, there is a significant difference according to gender, school type, number of students in the classroom, counselling service at school, social activities and grade level.?There is a significant difference between teachers, administrators and students opininions in all sub-dimensions.
