Abstract (EN)

1,4-dihydropyridine compounds have antiviral, antitumor, antienflamatory, antihipertansive calcium ion channel blocker and affect as HIV inhibitory properties. 1,4-dihydropyridines have been using nifedipine, cerebrocrast ve SKF 24260 as a drug since 1970 and form main skeleton of this kind of drugs.In this study, Nitrile substituted 1,4-dihydropyridine and pyridine compounds were synthesized using as a solid acid catalyst. From the compounds, The derivatives of tetrazole and oxadiazole containing compounds were prepared according to the following steps.Nitrile substituted 1,4-dihydropyridine compounds were synthesized using nitrile substituted aldehyde, different 1,3-diketones and amino cratonitrile or ethylamino cratonate and a solid acid catalyst such as alumina sulfuric acid (ASA). The compounds were oxidized using ceium ammonium nitrate to the corresponding pyridines. Nitrile substituted 1,4-dihydropyridine compounds were converted to the tetrazole derivatives in the presence of sodium azit and ammonium chloride in DMF. Tetrazole substituted 1,4-dihydropyridine and pyridine compounds were converted to 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives using acetic anhydride.The prepared compounds which are purified by chromatographical methods will be analysed by 1H ,13C NMR, FTIR and elemental analysis.This study was supported by TUBITAK (109T553) and we thank them for financial support.
