Effects of positive and negative emotions on employee's motivation and an application

Emotion is related with basic needs of person and behaviors which is a result of it. Every emotion on emotion repertory has its own role and effect. Strong emotions cause clear changes (physiological signs) on our bodies. So, examining emotions become easy understanding human behavior. It?s much more meaningful to execute temprory coordinations and syncronizations of systems that suitable for enviromentals demands and opportunities, executes and motivates the reaction that assistance to survive instead of understanding human nature without power of emotions.Studying effects of positive emotions and negative emotions of the employee is established as research area.In this study, the relation between motivation and emotion is studied examining the concept of emotion with positive and negative emotions and place and importance of emotion at work. Instead of understanding human nature without power of emotion, it?s much more meaningful that to see it as a temprory coordination and synchrozation of organizations. So that it will maintain the organization that accordance with enviromental demand and opportunity to survive motivated responses. It?s also evaluated that it?s possible to increase the productivity of organizations by the motivation of employies.
