The edition and evaluation of Sebe and Fatir chapters in commentary of Omar Nasafi

The part that includes Sebe and Fatır suras inOmar Nasafî's (d. 537/1142) work named et-Teysîr fi't-Tefsîr is being researched and comment method of the glossator is being examined in this study. Our study consists an introduction and three parts. The information about subject of the research, purpose, method and sources are given in the introduction part. Information about Omer Nasafi's life, teachers, students and works are included in the first part. At the second part, Sebe and Fatır suras, rumour and wisdom in et-Teysîr fi't-Tefsîr is examined in terms of methods. The hermeneutics of Quran with Quran the hermeneutics of Quran with tradition, hermeneutics of Quran with the words of companions of Prophet Muhammed and people whom talk with those people etc. are mentioned in the rumour hermeneutics method. As for wisdom hermeneutics subjects such as method, recitation, word explanation, istishhad with poetry, Islamic mysticism, and kalam are included. In addition, topics which our Glossator used in his hermeneutics such as the reasons and conditions of the versicles of Quran occurred, unspecified things, whether the sura is shaped in Mecca or Medina, total number of versicles and letters of the sure, proportion, general questions are included under Quran sciences topic. Also, in this part, et-Teysîr is evaluated in terms of rumour and wisdom. Et-Teysîr fi't-Tefsîr's researched text of pages between 61b-86a are included in third part.
