Abstract (EN)
Congenital or acquired bone deformations in human body are treated by implant materials more often. Some implants must be fixed to bone depend on surgical treatment. The fixation operation can?t performed safely and comfortably by current implantation apparatus. Thus surgical operations carried out with scopy are risky for surger, medical stuff and patient. In this study we aimed improvement of guide systems that will allow sensitive applicatıons by minimal invasive operations and guidance system used in surgical operations on vertebras in spine surgery. For this purpose, motor or hand driven polyethylene spine guide system worked by minimal radiation and maximum sensitivity was design and produced. Manufacturing of Polymer based prototype and polyethylene prototype of spine guide system was performed by 3D printer, milling and turning machine in our biomechanics laboratory. Strength tests were analyzed by finite elements methods of Solidworks 2010 software. In conclusion as results of stress-displacement test performed for spine navigation system that we improved, stress value was 19.50 N/mm2 (MPa) and displacement value was 5,17223 mm in zero position of navigation system. When system was in maximum length position, stress value was 35.04 N/mm2 (MPa) and displacement value was 15.4786 mm as results of stress-displacement test.
