Pre-paid house sales contract

New types of contracts had been included in the law system by coming into force on the 28 May 2014 of publication of the 6502 numbered Consumer's Protection Act. One of these contracts are pre-paid house sales contracts. In practice, especially facing problems of the consumers during project stage of the house sales are being considered, the sales contracts of the houses, which will be sold to the consumers after advance payment or installment payment, relevant detailed policies had been regulated. By doing these regulations, the main aim was to protect the consumers. Conditions of types of pre-paid house sales contract, seller's assurance for certain details, delivery of the house, the rights of consumers about cancellation or withdrawal from the contracted agreement and how these rights are being used by consumers are legally determined. These determinations will hinder the problems in practice and these determinations will serve to ensure the secure conditions for both parties in the construction sector. The regulations on Consumer's Act related with pre-paid house sales contracts are very detailed which show that they are sufficient enough regulated, eventhough they haven't enforced enough by 6502 numbered Act implementing the general verdicts. This study has three chapters and in the first chapter, historical development and essential concepts of Consumer's Act have been explained.In the second chapter, we have included very detailed pre-paid house sales contract. Then, in the third chapter, these pre-paid house sales contracts compared with the similar type of contracts. After that, our study has been completed by analysing relevant sectors with the pre-paid house sales contracts.
