Abstract (EN)

Onat Kutlar, one of the writers of the 1950 generation; his stories, poetry books, essays, cinema and script writings. Onat Kutlar, who published two short story books, İshak and Karameke, deals with the inner world of different and contradictory people with existential and surreal elements. Onam Kutlar's other short story book Karameke, which won the Turkish Language Association award in 1960 with his İshak short story book, is prepared for printing by Ferit Edgü after his death. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, Onat Kutlar's life, works and views on art are given. In the second part; stories in İshak and Karameke books; plot, individuals, space, time, perspective and narrative techniques are examined individually. In the third chapter, İshak and Karameke books are grouped in terms of theme. In the conclusion part, a general evaluation of the findings obtained during the study is made. In the bibliography section, a bibliography containing the sources used in preparing the study. Keywords: Onat Kutlar, structure, theme, story.
