Abstract (EN)
Online purchasing behavior effects the lives of many people around the world rapidly, and ensures both the development and the study of area such as online decision making related to consumer behavior, and increases the importance day by day.Through the comparative prices money saving, with fast transportation time saving, with the wide variety and web experince, which is designed by the well experienced companies, make virtual purchases more attractive and consumers can meet/reach all their needs. In this process, the experience of consumers, the risks they face vary.The concept of procrastination, which is more of a personality, feature during online buying behavior that almost everyone has experinced in their life moreover some created contextual conditions in a vicious cycle.With smart phones, the internet and the computers that have entered our lives, procrastination has been moved to online platform. The internet and the online environment bring the flow experience and the risks to the front. In this study, the role of procrastination, flow experience and risk perception in online purchasing behaviors are examined. In the study, survey is used as a method of data collection. The sample of the study consists of 551 participants aged between 18 and over, selected by convenience sampling method. The data were collected with a survey application and analyzed in SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. According to the results of the research, Lay's general procrastionation scale which was defined as one dimension in literature review, is now seen as 4 dimensions. These dimensions are called as "not being impetious, daily routines, procrastination and leaving it to the last moment". The effect of procrastination and online procrastination on online purchasing behavior is not negative; It has been determined that people prone to procrastination have a positive effect on online procrastination, shopping pleasure, loss of self-consciousness (tele presence). The online procrastination tendency has a positive effect on the dimensions of loss of self-consciousness (tele presence) and shopping pleasure. In addition, perceived risk did not have a positive effect on online procrastination.
