Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the situations that affect the ontological security of the leaders in the private sector and to determine what leadership characteristics these leader bring to the forefront. In this context, the absolute real needs of the leader were determined and their ontological well-being was discussed in three dimensions, past, present and future. In addition, by determining the leadership characteristics, the relationship between the leadership characteristics of the leader and their absolute real need and their ontological well-being and the degree of influence were tried to be determined. Within the scope of the study, a total of 300 leader aged 18 and over consisted of 127 participants, 127 female and 173 male participants. Absolute reality need to determine the security dynamics affecting leader ontological well-being, the demographic information form to determine the demographic characteristics of the sample as a data collection tool to measure participants through the leadership variable, the Absolute Actual Need Scale, the Ontological Well-Being Scale security In order to determine the dynamics of the study, a total of 4 scales were used. The hypotheses put forward within the scope of the literature in the study are confirmed by the research data. According to the structural model analysis, it is concluded that the need for absolute reality and ontological well-being are associated with leadership.
