Abstract (EN)

Infertility's iınportance is increasing gradually in community. ART's progress and generality soar in recent years. ART for the right patient population will decrease substantial and psychological weight in community. Therefore, predicting response of controlled ovarian stiıımlation is important. Aim of this study is to determine AMH and E2 levels in blood serum and folicular fluid , corelation among these and relationship between oocyte number on the pick up d ay. We evaluate 44 patients ranging in age fron 24 to 45 who apply Abant izzet Baysal University IVF center between the dates 01.01.2014 and 01.07.2014. There is no meaningful corelation between FSH and oocyte number( p= 0,056). When the blood serum AMH levels increase, oocyte numbers increase statistically (p= 0,007). Also whwn the folicular fluid AMH levels increase, oocyte number increase statistically(p= 0,040). There is no corelation between E2 in the blood serum and folicular fluid oocyte number (p=0,108 and p= 0,354). We determine a corelation between AMH in the blood serum and folicular fluid. These values also corelate with oocyte numbers on the pick up day. There is no corelation between blood seram FSH, E2, folicular fluid E2 levels and oocyte numbers. There is also no relationship between blood serum E2 and folicular fluid E2 levels. AMH is more valuable than the other markers for predicting response of controlled ovarian stimulation.
