Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the enzymatic kinetic resolution of aryl substituted beta terminal allenols have been studied for the first time in the literature. The aim of the project is to synthesis of different aryl substituted beta allenyl alcohol and acetates by achieving with high enantiomeric purity. For this purpose the target structures were tested on the enzyme derivative and optimal reaction conditions were determined. First, the optimum condition parameters of the synthesis of racemic terminal beta allenol experiments were examined in the project. The derivatising experiment was made on the benzene groups as the all aryl groups substituted working methodology. The different aryl aldehydes were used as starting materials to synthesis of allenes. The terminal propargyl groups of the secondary alcohols, was synthesized by conversion of aldehydes to terminal homopropargyl alcohols, are converted to the allene groups and then all the enzymatic kinetics resolution transition to the target structure are envisaged.
