Abstract (EN)

In this study, under the threat of disappearing due to uncontrolled harvesting orchid and used obtaining as salep in the Orchis sancta L. is reproduced the type of in vitro germination was intended. In Van Waes Debergh culture medium 0 (control group), 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 g/l concentration in sucrose, glucose, maltose, lactose, and the effects of fructose form on the germination and development of orchid seeds of sugar by addition of carbon were determined. In the study, germination, protokorm and shoot formation processes and rates of seeds were investigated. Germination rate has shown good results from all forms of sugar. The average of the highest germination Maltoz40 by 77.86 %, whereas the minimum germination was determined that the average value obtained from 44.36 % Galaktoz100 environment. With 68.53 % of the Sukroz100 protokorm highest formation rate was determined as the lowest protokorm 25.34 % and the average value obtained Fruktoz100 media. Shoot formation with the highest rate of 13.30 % is obtained Sukroz40. No control in environments that do not occur in exile, that all doses of maltose and galactose; glucose 60 and 100, and fructose 60,80 and 100 g/l was determined as that dose of mediums.
