Abstract (EN)

To have high production cost and difficult production techniques are negative aspects of inorganic semiconductors such as Silicon and Germanium. Semiconductor device technologies have begun by Silicon applications and later on many semiconductor materials have been involved to work on. After a few decades, Silicon based semiconductor devices have fabricated, organic semiconductors which have been known carbon based organic semiconductors have revealed. The conductivity of organic semiconductors, which showed low conductivity as a result of their initial discoveries, has been improved by various methods and has become competitive with amorphous silicon. These organic materials were then used in the fabrication of semiconductor devices, such as inorganic, and gave good results for applications. Such that flexible screens, oled tvs, solar cells, battery materials, artificial muscles, sensors, especially biosensors, have found wide usage area. Thus, organic semiconductor devices by flexible structures, low cost, easy fabrication techniques and high absorption coefficients have been found wide range of usage.
