Organizational culture refers to shared values and norms adapted by organization's members. It is generally accepted that a strong organizational culture is one of the most important reasons lying behind the success of "world-class" corporations. Many corporations aim to develop their culturel structures in a way that fits well with "change". However, it is not easy to change organizational culture. This study offers a case study of cultural change in a small enterprise. The first part of the study is concerned with theoretical appoaches in the field of organizational culture. In the second part of the study, we offer several recommendations, on the basis of our findings. Unless this is done, efforts to change organizational culture is bound to fail. All these efforts should be realized without leading to any culturel shock for members of the organizations. Ill
