Abstract (EN)
In our days, in Turkey and in many foreign countries, for fighting against organizedcrime, in the area of criminal procedure some different methods started to be applied. Thosemethods, which in the origine belong to the area proactive or the area of intelligence,intervene more seriously to the fundemantel rights and freedoms in comparison with thetraditional mesures of criminal procedure. This study tries to treat these methods which wecall undercover investigation methods, mainly in Turkish law but at the same time with thecomparative law and human rights law perspectives.Keywords : Organized Crime, Undercover investigation methods,Criminal procedure
