Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the research is to examine the effects of the organizational climate and organizational trust felt within an organization on the job satisfaction of the employees. With this study, it is aimed to determine the perceived organizational climate in the delivery of health services and the level they perceive depending on the trust in the organization, as well as, it is aimed to make suggestions to the general atmosphere of the organization and the balance of job satisfaction to be in the best possible condition in the future. The scope of the research covers nurses working for public or private industries in Bodrum. The research was carried out with the participation of 212 people in order to analyze the relationship between them. A survey consisting of 36 questions was used for the research. 201 valid responses were received. The obtained data were analyzed using the reliability, validity, correlation, and regression methods through the SPSS statistical program. As a result of the study, the bonding, innovation and justice sub-dimension of the organizational climate were observed a direct and positive impact on job satisfaction. While the cognitive sub-dimension of organizational confidence has direct and strong positive effects on job satisfaction, it has been found that the emotional sub-dimension affects job satisfaction in a strong but negative way. In the conclusion part, the findings were evaluated by presenting various suggestions to the readers and researchers.
