Abstract (EN)
This study is a research to determine the relationship between organizational culture and emational commitment of employees to organization. Sample of this study consists of 142 workers in 14 small and medium scaled family businesses around İzmir. In this study, Denison Organizational Culture Scale and Emotional Commitment Dimension of Three Dimensional Commitment Scale of Meyer and Allen is used as scale. Culture scale is examined in terms of participation, consistency, adaptation and vision. Commitment scale is examined in the way of emotional commitment sub-dimension. According to all gained results, organizational culture and organizational commitment to organization have a positive relation. Also, if there is a strong cultural structure in family businesses, high emotional commitment of employees to organization is seen in there.
