Abstract (EN)

In light of the great development that the world is witnessing, business organizations are experiencing great challenges, most notably the change in the environment surrounding the organizations, which has resulted in an increase in competition between these organizations, and as a result, the organizations are striving to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in order to achieve goals through following management methods Modern, and one of its most important trends is to build an organizational culture that responds to changes and works to improve the performance of employees by introducing values that help activate new ideas that improve performance. The purpose of this study is to determine relationship among organizational culture, employee performance and business performance by using a sample of employees from the Libyan iron and steel company. The results show that there is a relationship among the three variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the labor market, sector representatives and researchers.
