Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the relationship between organizational culture and corporate image of private hospitals that continue their activities in the health sector, where there are many technological and scientific innovations and therefore a high change and competitive environment. The validity and reliability of the general and current scales used in the research have been established in previous studies. The main population consists of employees of a private hospital that continues its operations in Bursa. The sample consisted of 247 employees of the branch of a private hospital operating in Nilüfer district. Survey forms were delivered to employees online and the data received was analyzed in the SPSS 23.0 data analysis program. The sample population of the research was calculated using the known sampling formula. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and corporate image. In addition, the study found that the organizational culture and corporate image dimensions of the participants showed significant differences in terms of some demographic and professional variables. A positive and significant relationship was determined between organizational culture and corporate image.
