Abstract (EN)
It is necessary to break organizational silence with the formation of organizational culture and organizational climate in which health sector employees who have an important role in society life can express their knowledge, ideas and thoughts. Incorporating employees into organizational decisions, encouraging employees to voice, and establishing a well-structured communication system will prevent organizational silence from arising. Employees who work in a health care organization where organizational silence does not exist and knowledge, ideas and thoughts can be expressed comfortably, can contribute to improving existing treatment and care methods and developing new techniques. The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a meaningful relationship between organizational culture and organizational climate perceptions and organizational silence behaviors of health sector employees. The sample of the study is composed of 411 health professionals working in the health sector in Adana. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with PSPP 0.10.2 statistical software packages by using various statistical methods and testing techniques (frequency distribution, mean, t-test, anova, regression and correlation) for the purpose of research. In the study, it was concluded that employees' perceptions of organizational culture and organizational climate are positively and weakly related to organizational silence perceptions. It has also been found out that organizational culture has a weak effect on organizational silence.
