Abstract (EN)

In the last years, the topics of culture, corporate culture, corporateidentity and cultural change were mainly studied in the field of management.The most valuable resource of the companies is human resources and forthe common goals of the same company, the unifying agent for humanresources is corporate culture. Corporate culture is the core element whichunifies employees with themselves and with the company. It is also the bestway to manage human resources and to increase the productivity.Today, to be able to cope with globalization, company mergers, hugecompetition, all the studies for profitability and productivity were connectedwith corporate culture. The role of corporate culture which ties the employeesin the company together is vital. Transfer of corporate culture values to allemployees could be handled with the help of effective corporatecommunication. This study tries to explain the effect of corporatecommunication on corporate culture with the help of a company survey.The results of the survey were tested and evaluated by using SPSS(Statistical Programming for Social Sciences) software. The basicassumptions; corporate communication effects corporate culture and therelation between communication and culture were supported with the results.
