Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to determine the effects of organizational culture, interpersonal intelligence and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. In this framework, a research has been conducted on those who teach sports at universities in Libya. Organizational culture is the set of values, beliefs, habits that an organization and its employees have, as well as the values that give them a sense of unity. Interpersonal intelligence is the capacity of an individual to adapt and achieve positive outcomes as a result of interaction with others. Emotional intelligence refers to an individual's ability to understand, perceive and manage his own or others' emotions. Job satisfaction, on the other hand, is a positive perception that emerges as a result of an objective evaluation of working conditions and the advantages and disadvantages of the job for the employee. In the study, necessary data have been collected by using the questionnaire technique to reveal the correlation between these concepts. Correlation analysis and regression analysis have been conducted to examine the effect of organizational culture and interpersonal and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and performance satisfaction for sports instructors. In this context, the working hypotheses have also been tested statistically. The results show that the correlation between organizational culture, interpersonal intelligence, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction has not been fully established, however, statistics have shown that there is a strong correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction, and that job satisfaction related to performance satisfaction and interpersonal and emotional intelligence are partially effective on job satisfaction. The study emphasizes that positive perceptions of organizational culture, interpersonal and emotional intelligence among sports instructors in Libyan universities may also have a significant impact on their job satisfaction and performance satisfaction.
