Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the level of impact of organizational culture on innovative behavior and to determine whether the perceived organizational justice role in the emergence of this effect is to determine. For this purpose, research was initiated at a special educational institution operating in Istanbul and was carried out as a survey study covering 406 administrative staff and teachers. The survey consists of personal information, organizational culture scale, organizational justice scale and innovative behavior scale. The data obtained; frequency, T-Test, ANOVA test, normality test, factor, reliability, correlation and underwent various regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was seen that organizational culture, organizational justice perception and innovative behavior levels did not differ according to demographic variables. It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and organizational justice and innovative behavior, and between organizational justice perception and innovative behavior. In addition, it has been observed that organizational culture affects organizational justice and innovative behavior positively, and organizational justice perception positively affects innovative behavior. As a result, it has been determined that organizational justice has a mediating role in the effect of organizational culture on innovative behavior.
