Abstract (EN)

From the time of first scientific studies carried out by organizations until today, social-economic environment that organizations in has proportionally changed, Fast development from industrial community to information community has been occurred and organizations have been seeking the way to overcome this change. In the frame of this development, organization style changed from Classical to Neo-Classical and finally to Modern Organization.In this research, it was supposed that organizations are placed on a scale which shoves on one end classical idea on the other end modern organization idea. First of all, cultural aspects were determined in organizational culture. Than, what kind of development occurred from classical idea to modern idea was examined. After that, two kind of test was prepared to measure cultural aspects with two kinds of questions. One of these which also was located in second part of the poll is to measure metaphors, other one which was located third part of the poll is to measure values and attitude.Firstly, either kind of test was analyzed if they are trustworthy than, factor analyses were made in order to compare the results of both metaphors and ordinary questions data. In the result of factor analyze, factors come from two tests were evaluated. Two tests evaluated by the score, gathered from correlation coefficient and t-test, if there is a meaningful difference among.
