Abstract (EN)

Organizational cultures considered to be one of the key factors that influence the organizational success of banks in the competitive banking markets of today. Accordingly, there is a growing interest in the additional study of the determining the role of organizational culture especially organizational values and behavioral rules. Today, the focus is on behaviors, values and norms related to organizational values and behavioral rules, emphasizing the role of organizational culture, as a factor that can stimulate excellent performance of employees, and therefore affect organizational performance. Nevertheless, there is little empirical research linking the organizational culture, particularly organizational values and behavioral rules to the employees' performance including quantity of work, quality of work, skills of employees and attendance of employees. The purpose of this study is to examine impact of organizational culture on the employee performance from the Jumhouria Bank. The results show that organizational culture can foster the employees' performance by establishing the organizational values and behavioral rules that can improving the quantity of work, quality of work, skills of employees and attendance of employees.
