Organizational culture is accepted as the validity of the assumptions in the organization, norms, symbols, values, gets into all of the applications and refers to the overall culture of the organization. With its unique body shape attitudes and behavior patterns in the same society organizations, are subject to the beliefs and values. All of them are considered as the total organizational culture. A study was conducted on employees at the headquarters of a shipping company. Organizational culture and organizational commitment scale was applied to employees. It was determined that the cargo working in moderate levels of organizational commitment and perceived organizational moderate level of culture.
