Abstract (EN)

Research, Abant Izzet Baysal University in the President's staff to learn about the organizational culture and organizational culture to organizational commitment and staying intentions organization is to investigate the effect.The research sample, 48 Executive (Head of Department, Director, Chief), 15 technical staff (engineers, technicians, etc.), 87 Officers (Computer Operator) consists of a total of 150 people. Research-related data, the participants prepared Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Intention to stay in the organization with the implementation of the scale were obtained. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 15:00 into the package. Regarding the findings of the study results are as follows.The opinions expressed in the questionnaire to the staff than the average in the Abant Izzet Baysal University Rector the existing organizational culture is closer to the bureaucratic culture. Staff perceptions of the existing organizational culture to gender, age, length of service and do not vary significantly according to titles. The training of personnel according to their perception of the organizational culture of innovative, competitors and communities have not realized significant differences in cultures, significant differences in the perception of bureaucratic culture has been realized.Abant Izzet Baysal University Rector to the existing organizational commitment, normative commitment is closer. Existing staff perceptions of organizational commitment, age, length of service and do not vary significantly according to titles. According to gender and educational level of staff perceptions of organizational commitment, affective commitment and continuance commitment has not conducted any significant differences, normative commitment was a significant difference in perception.Abant Izzet Baysal University President's styaing intentions in organizations, age, gender and the title does not show a significant difference according to education level and length of service varies according to the significant.Key words: Organizational culture, organizational culture dimensions, organizational commitment, intent to remain in the organization of components and staying intentions in organizations.
