Abstract (EN)

The study sets out to explain the level of relationship between in-service training perceptions and job satisfaction, and differentiation of the strength of that relationship by means of individual variables. Application field of the study was a public bank in Turkish financial sector. Employees? differentiation degree of job satisfaction was analyzed in the scope of in-service training perceptions and individual variables. A sample size was determined due to the obstacles in reaching the whole population. Within the context of this study, a questionnaire form was applied to those in charge of worker, specialist, manager, support staff, and auditor positions. Through the data obtained, the level of the differentiation of relationship between job satisfaction and in-service training perceptions was determined. The level of differentiation was examined by means of Anova, t-test, and Pearson correlation. The level of significance was taken as 0,05. The result of the study suggests that the job satisfaction level is related to in-service training perceptions for all employees. That relationship is affected by organizational position, sex, age, length of service, and working place.
