Abstract (EN)
This research is constituted at the feminist ethic base which is thought to be carried the unethical behaviors devoted to the women in work life from point of women view. The unethical behaviors devoted to women in work life are evaluated as being bound to the truths of work life and structure and culture of the society and by this way field research based on ethnography is chosen for this researchAs a conclusion of field research, it has been seen that women act in accordance with the women roles being bound to the male dominant structure and gender mainstreaming extent and they have already been interiorize these. I has been stated that the issues like women discrimination (in other words unethical behavior), discrimination of women-men work being stated to be laid and discussed at the field research, mobbing and sexual harassment, glass ceiling, wages inequality and inequality in the rewarding, are structured accord with culture, religion and family which constitutes the structure of the society. As well as these, it has been seen that the management structure and informal relation inside the organization support the unethical behaviors which women come across and adopt in the work life. The issues being integrated eachother provide women in a way the society determined. It has been seen that they interiorize and adopt the injustices towards them. It can be said that this rush up the sex discrimination by affceting the perceptions towards different sexes and fellow creatures.Key Words: Women, and unethical behavior, feminist ethic, ethnography, field research.
