Stress sources, results and management techniques in organizations: A research at Bartın University

This research was carried out to determine the causes and conseguences of stress perceived by employees in the enterprises . 150 of the personnel working as administrative staff at Bartın University were surveyed and asked a total of 36 questions to examine their views on the causes and adverse effects of stress. The results were evaluated by using Spss analysis. The data obtained as a result of the survey study proves the power of stress to affect everyone without age, gender and occupational distinction. It was observed that the task structure, authority structure, working conditions, work environment, stress at work, and identity characteristics are negative stress factors for the individual.
