The examination of the effect of change in organizations on service structure: This study entitled as ?The effects in Çanakkale Locality of the Transformation Program in Health has been Prepared as a thesis of master?s degree in the Departmant of Management, Biga Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Enstitute of Social Sciences, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.The management conception of the twenty-first century has made the individual and society come to the fore. In this period, an intensive and fast variation has been experienced and a competition has increased in the conditions of globalization and knowledge society. Our country has also been affected from the reform works in the public administration seen all over the world, the organizatonal variation processes, in which the health sector has also been involved, have begun.As throughout the country, a case study has been carried out to detemine the effects to service structure in health units serving graded health services and the variations coming out in health which has been started to be put in to practise in province of Çanakkale, too. Within the context of the research, one-to-one and focal oral interviews and negotiations have been fulfilled with the employees of the first, second and third step medical establishments and of private medical estabilishments and with the patients who are provided with this service and the members of profession organizations and also the registrations of formal institutions have been taken place.The collected data in the result of the research accomplished have been compared with the institution registrations after evaluated and assessed with the descriptive analysis.The effects of the data on service structure in province of Çanakkale have been determined and seen that they have directed the physicians to work on a full-time base and caused the quality improvement studies. This variation has been determined to be necessary and to the point, but that it should be imporoved. Particularly, the management model devote to performance has been submitted proposals to demolish the unjustices, to present physicians with high quality, efficient and effective the medical profession service in justice and in order to be re-organized as to banish the future and economic anxieties and supply the deficiencies.
