Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between perception of organizational justice, emotional intelligence and conflict management style. In the context the sample of the research consisted of nurses and midwives working in public and private institutions in various provinces. In this study, data was collected by easy sampling method. The findings revealed that emotional intelligence had a moderator role between perception of organizational justice and conflict management style. Research findings showed that self-control had a moderator role between the procedural justice and domination conflict management styles. . In addition, sensuality had a moderator role between the procedural justice and avoidance conflict management styles. The findings also releaved that, self-control had a moderator role between the procedural justice and avoidance conflict management styles. On the other hand, findings showed that sensuality and self-control had a moderator role between the interpersonal justice and domination conflict management styles. Finally, the research findings releaved that self-control had a moderator role between the distributive justice and domination conflict management styles. The research findings were discussed in the light of the relevant literature.
