Abstract (EN)

Organizational justice and organizational loyalty gain a significant importance in terms of organizations and also matter to many studies scientifically. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between organizational justice perceptions and organizational loyalties of service sector employees. In this context, within the scope of the research, in order to detect the relationship between organizational justice perception and organizational loyalty of the employees who are working in private banks and public banks which are operating in the province of Erzurum, a survey study was carried out. Within the scope of the study, the relationship between organizational justice and organizational loyalty has been tested by examining the connection between distribution justice, process justice and interaction justice which are accepted as dimensions of organizational justice and emotional loyalty, continuity loyalty and normative loyalty which are accepted as classifications of organizational loyalty, with the analysis done. Also, it has been examined in detaily in the survey whether the organizational justice perceptions and organizational loyalty emotions of employees show diversity or not, according to their demographic propeties. Results which are obtained from this study show that there is a relationship, which is positive directional and medium-level, between organizational justice and organizational loyalty.
