Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviour and employees' perceptions of organizational justice. 114 employees at Malatya Fırat and Beydağı Tax Departments were included in the research sample. In the first part of the study, the conceptual framework related to the perceptions of organizational justice, in the second section, the conceptual framework related to organizational citizenship behaviour and in the third section application part was presented so as to determine the relationship between these two concepts. As data collection method, a survey consisting of such three sections as demographic characteristics, organizational justice scale and organizational citizenship behaviour was utilized. The collected data were evaluated by statistical analysis method. According to the results of the analysis, a significant negative correlation was found between procedural justice, a sub-division of organizational justice, and organizational citizenship behaviour.
