Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in the health sector. The study consists of three parts including literature review and the application of two concepts. In the first part of the study, the concept of organizational justice is examined; in the second part of the study the concept of organizational citizenship behavior is examined and the relationship between the two concepts is investigated; in the third part, in order to test the relationship between the concepts, the application is applied to the staff of the Burdur State Hospital. As a method of data collection, organizational justice instrument, organizational citizenship behavior instrument and demographic characteristics questions were used in the research. The data acquired from the study were evaluated with statistical analysis methods. In order to determine the relationship between the variables, the relational model was used. According to the results of the study there is a significant relationship between organizational justice perceptions and organizational citizenship behavior.
