This study examined the mediating role of workplace inclusiveness in the effect of organisational justice on workplace loneliness. In line with the quantitative research approach, the survey method was selected and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The research was conducted with 418 participants working in construction companies operating in Ankara. The data obtained were analysed using the SPSS 25.0 programme. According to the findings of the study, perceptions of workplace inclusiveness are at a moderate level. Differences are observed among the sub-dimensions of organisational justice. In the sub-dimensions of organisational justice, perceptions of distributive and procedural justice are at a moderate level. However, perceptions of interactional justice are low compared to the other two dimensions. Perceptions of workplace loneliness are moderate. Correlation analyses indicate a positive relationship between workplace inclusiveness and organisational justice. There is a negative relationship between workplace inclusiveness and organisational justice and workplace loneliness. According to simple regression analyses, organisational justice has a significant effect on workplace loneliness. Workplace inclusiveness also has a significant effect on organisational justice and workplace loneliness. According to hierarchical regression analysis, workplace inclusiveness plays a partial mediating role in the effect of organisational justice on workplace loneliness.
