Örgütsel adalet algisinin tükenmişlik sendromuna etkisi ve bir uygulama

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational justice dimensions on burnout dimensions. Relationship between demographic information (age, marital status, child number, education level, professional seniority and willingness to choose the occupation), organizational justice and burnout dimensions were also analyzed. Organizational justice was taken three dimensions as distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. Burnout syndrome was taken three dimensions as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. The study was conducted with 469 airplane and helicopter technicians working for public organization in Ankara, İstanbul, Malatya and İzmir. Organizational Justice Questionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used to get datas from the sample. Collected data was tested by using with the assistance of SPSS 16 program. Research findings have indicated that distributive justice has a negative impact on emotional exhaustion, interactional justice has negative effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. Whereas procedural justice has no effect on any burnout dimensions and reduced personal accomplishment has not effected by any organizational justice dimensions.
