Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is investigate the relationships between organizational justice perceptions and job satisfaction. A total of 412 employees who work in General Directorate of Educational Technologies of Ministry of National Education participated in this study. This correlational study used a scale with 18 items developed by Moorman (1991) in order to measure the organizational justice perceptions. This scale has three dimensions: distributive, procedural and interactional justice. To assess the participant?s job satisfaction, a 20 ? item scale, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), developed by Weiss, Dawis, England and Lofguist (1967) was used. This scale involves two dimensions as intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction.According to the results of the research, there were positive relationships between organizational justice perceptions and the job satisfaction of the participants. Procedural justice and interactional justice were significant predictors in explaining intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction. Especially, result revealed that procedural and interactional justice had stronger relationships with job satisfaction than distributive justice. Results showed that female participants have more likeyly to experience intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction than males. In addition to, intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction varied depending on the variable of seniority.Key Words: Organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, job satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction.
