Abstract (EN)
Due to the increasing competitiveness of companies in a global and rapidly changing world, employers have emphasized the importance of those who produce, keep up with change, and the commitment of these employees to their organizations. Organizational justice can affect the attitudes and behaviors of the employee. The positive perception of organizational justice by the employee can increase the employee's commitment to the work, make more effort in fulfilling the responsibilities assigned to him and can increase confidence his managers. However, a negative perception of justice by the employee can lead to the employee experiencing stress, productivity may decrease and cause the employee to go as far as the tendency to quit the job. Therefore, managers need to attach importance to the concept of organizational justice. This thesis is a research to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. In this context, in the first section; Concepts, theories, sub-dimensions, importance and results related to organizational justice are mentioned. In the second section; the concepts, approaches, factors affecting the organizational commitment, its importance and results related to the subject of organizational commitment are mentioned. In the final section, in order to examine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, a questionnaire was applied to the employees of a company that produces steam boilers operating in the Organized Industrial Zone of Malatya province. Information was collected through questionnaires, statistical analyses were made in accordance with the information obtained, and the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment was discussed. According to the results of the analysis, a positive and moderate relationship was found between organizational justice and organizational commitment.
