Abstract (EN)

Aim of this study is, by detecting teachers ' levels of Organizational Justice and Organizational levels of Silence , to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the two variables. The research sample consists of 474 teachers working in schools located in Zonguldak city center in 2013-2014 academic year. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.72 statistical processing programs.In this research ,Organizational Justice Scale developed by Gökhan Kahveci & Zülfü Demirtaş and Organizational Silence Scale developed by Danovan, Drasgow &Munson(1998) adapted to Turkish by Wasti (2001) were used as data collection tool.At the end of the research,in teachers' perceptions of Organizational Justice and Organizational Silence, appeared that there are no significant differences by variables such as age,gender,seniority, school years worked with the director and types of school graduated from.It was faund that there was a moderate and significiant correlation existing between Organizational Justice and dimensions of Organizational Silence (school environment,emotions, the source of silence, manager, isolation) Keywords: Organizational Silence, Organizational Justice, Teacher.
