Then, a research was performed in order to understand the given theoretical knowledge. Organizational justice refers to fair treatment on members of an organization. The existence of justice in an organization is important in setting goals. Organizational cynicism is the negative attitudes and behaviors of the mem-bers of the organization. The reason of these attitudes and behaviors is pessimism about the future. Anti-productive behavior refers to the behavior of individuals acting in contradiction to the legal interests and ethical values of an organization. These findings determined by applying questionnaires to the Free Trade Zone workers in Turkey As a result of the study, no positive or negative correlations was found between organizational justice and organization cynicism variables and anti-productivity behaviors. When these basic dimension based analyses repeated in lower dimensions; a low positive correlation was found between organizational cy-nicism, organizational justice variables and anti-productivity behaviors. It was ob-served that there was a very low level and significant relationship between some sub-dimension variables. The degree of organizational justice and organizational cynicism explains about 3% of the change in anti-productivity behaviors.
