Abstract (EN)
Individuals are seeking for justice in any environment, whether they are family, work, or the country they live in. The concept of justice is also an important concept within the organization. Whether the organization is fair to employees or not may affect employees' decisions about quitting. However, in the effect of organizational justice on the intention to quit, there is no current study in the literature that determines how regulatory the workplace friendship of employees in the organization has on this effect. In this context, in this study, it is aimed to reveal the regulatory role of workplace friendship in the relation of organizational justice with the intention to quit. The study consists of four chapters. In the first part of the study, information was given about the conceptual framework on organizational justice and justice. Also, the literature is scanned and the issues are handled in multiple dimensions. In the second part, the concept of workplace friendship are tried to be explained. In the third section, information is given about the conceptual framework on intention to quit. In the research section, which is the fourth part of the study, the regulatory role of workplace friendship is tried to be revealed in the effect of organizational justice on the intention to quit. In the research part of the study, for the purpose of the study, blue-collar employees working in the tea enterprises in the TR-90 Region (Artvin, Rize, Trabzon, Giresun, Ordu and Gümüshane) were determined as the main mass. In this context, a questionnaire was applied on the blue collar employees working in the tea enterprises operating in TR-90 Region (Artvin, Rize, Trabzon, Giresun, Ordu and Gumushane) and statistical analyzes were made. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that workplace friendship had a regulatory effect on the effect of organizational justice on the intention to quit. To put it more broadly, even if there is injustice among the employees in the organization, the fact that the friendship environment in the organization is good can turn the negative intention of the employees to leave the job in a positive way.
