The targets of the enterprises operating in the metal industry sector shape the future of the sector. From this point of view, it becomes clear that the commitment of the people assigned to achieve the goals in the said enterprises is very important. Therefore, it becomes important to identify the factors that have an impact on organizational commitment. In addition, it is necessary to know the direction of the effects of the factors that affect organizational commitment in order to use them in studies that increase organizational commitment. For this reason, it is important to determine the effect of Organizational Justice dimensions on Organizational Commitment. As a result of the researches on the concept of Organizational Commitment, it has been seen that this concept has an important place in achieving the goals of enterprises. In this context, the aim of the study is to examine the opinions of the employees in the metal industry sector on the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. In this framework, the research consists of three parts. In the first part, the concept of organizational justice is mentioned. In the second part, organizational commitment concept and approaches are explained. In the third part, a field study was conducted to determine the employees' views on the impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment. The questionnaire developed to collect data in the research was distributed by hand. Data collected by easy sampling method was analyzed with SPSS package program. According to the results of the research; A significant and positive relationship was found between sub-dimensions of organizational justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, and distributional justice, and sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, emotional commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. In line with these findings, it has been concluded that the perception of employees to improve organizational justice will positively affect organizational commitment.
