Relationship between organizational trust, organizational conflict reasoning and organizational conflict management

The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships between causes of conflict, organizational trust and conflict management style. For the purpose of this resaerch, the research sample is selected from the Assosiciation of Public Hospitals' employees in Bolu, which has a large and hierarchical organizational structure. In this study, data was collected by easy sampling method. The findings revealed that organizational trust has a moderator role between the causes of conflict and conflict management style. For example, research findings show that organizational trust has a moderator role between the way of working and problem solving conflict management styles. In addition, organizational trust has a moderator role between the conflict of about management and problem solving conflict management style. The findings also releaved that, trust in colleagues has a moderator role between the conflict in management and problem solving conflict management style. On the other hand findings showed that trust in manager has a moderator role between conflict in personal factors and avoidance conflict management style. Finally, the research findings releaved that trust in organization has a moderator role between conflicts in personal factors and domination conflict management style. The research findings have been discussed in the light of the relevant literatüre. Key words: Conflict, cause of conflict, conflict management, trust, organizational trust
