Abstract (EN)

In this research, the effect of organizational democracy perception on in-role and extra role performance; This study was conducted to determine the mediating role of psychological safety and psychological well-being. This study, which was examined using the qualitative research method, was applied to 228 employees through a questionnaire. According to the findings of the research, it was revealed that the perception of organizational democracy had a significant effect on in-role and extra role performance in the same direction. In addition, in this study, it was seen that psychological safety and psychological well-being have a mediating effect between the perception of organizational democracy and in-role and extra role performance. In this context, it has been revealed that the in-role performance and extra role performance will have an important effect on the perceptions of the individual in the organization through observations and evaluations, and in this context, psychological trust and psychological well-being. The findings of the study offer useful outputs to both the literature and practitioners.
